A Mexican Treefrog, Smilisca baudinii, from Costa Rica. He was nice for me though and sat on the pretty flower for a pretty picture.

Looks like an American Grey Tree Frog (Hyula versicolor), the white band under the eye with the striped patterns on the hind legs make me pretty sure that's the right ID. If he/she moved you would have seen orange/yellow markings in the folds of its hind legs, that would confirm it 100%.
I have 2 of these myself, to me they are much prettier than the red eyed tree frog.
